You will now need to pay a £100 deposit for each full week or pay in full. At this point your booking using your Initials will appear Green on the relevant bookings page.
either ... by cheque in £ drawn on a UK bank account sent to our address above (allow 3-5 days)
or ... electronically by direct transfer into our UK bank account from
your UK bank account
or ... electronically by credit card using
Paypal (a secure system and guaranteed against
fraud).

Choose the deposit amount then Click the link to pay.
When the deposit is received we will confirm your booking and your
Initials change to RED
on the bookings page.
You will then receive written confirmation of your booking, by e-mail or letter.
(allow 3 - 7 days for letter)
N.B ... full payment is
due 2 full calendar months before arrival. (if using PayPal we
will send you a request for the balance)
Alternatively cash (€ or £) on arrival is acceptable
(you will need to
indicate this preference when you pay the deposit)
Should you fail to arrive (for whatever reason) the deposit of £100/ week is non-refundable.
After booking if you wish to safeguard your payment visit HomeAway Rental Guarantee enter your rental details using code FR1148 & ownersdirect.co.uk, the service is free.

If you book the Chalet then the Apartment is also available at
an additional rate of £30 /day.
If you book either the Chalet and/or Apartment then the Studio is also available
at an additional rate of £20 /day.
The Studio is also available Low Season for £500 per calendar month.
The Apartment is also available Low Season for £600 per calendar month.
NB. any other periods on a pro-rata basis.
Complimentary 3 litres red wine is included in the above packages. Bedding & towels provided. Pets welcome if hiring the Chalet, please advise when booking.
Because we are reasonably remote you may wish to order a basic food/starter
package to be here when you arrive.
Sufficient for 2 days consisting of ... various cheeses, cold meats, pâté,
fruit, bread, eggs, yoghurt, milk, beer, coffee/tea etc! according to
availability.
Charged at cost (state maximum total spend)
+ 10€ service charge. Total to be paid in Euros
(€) on arrival.
On request, we will do our best to facilitate any special requirements.
It is part of these terms & conditions that you have adequate accident and health insurance cover for your party. These conditions are not exhaustive and are reliant on reasonable and responsible behaviour of both parties to this agreement. On payment of a deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
